Turnaround Engineer - Oil & Gas
Location: South Lincolnshire, Rutland, North Cambridgeshire
The COMPANY
Our client is a well established Global manufacturer of power generation/combustion equipment to a variety of industries including petrochemical, power stations, oil & gas, etc. Their market leading comprehensive product range includes thermal oxidizers, burners, flare systems and pollution control equipment.
The ROLE
Due to continued growth of their business an opportunity has arisen for a talented Technical Support Engineer to join their successful Turnaround/Aftermarket team. This is a diverse and dynamic role which could be described as a sales/service hybrid one;
*Supporting client base throughout EMEA
*Working with combustion products and systems including flare systems, flare gas recovery, power, process burners, thermal oxidizers, BMS and associated pollution control equipment.
*Identify Turnaround opportunities
*Promote and grow Turnaround service capability
*Produce detailed service proposals for turnkey turnaround work
*Conduct site surveys
*Supervise/aid turnaround teams onsite
*Working closely with internal teams Ensuring our proposed engineered solutions are fit for purpose
The CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be a talented Engineering professional with experience preferably within a similar environment allied to the desire, ability and confidence to forge a career within a market leading organisation. You will require;
*An Engineering background (mechanical/electrical/chemical/etc.)
*Site experience
*Ability to interpret engineering drawings
*CAD skills
*Great interpersonal skills
*Willingness to travel internationally
*Ambition
*A "can-do" attitude
Salary: c.£30-40K Depending on Experience + Excellent Package
