JOB TITLE: Recruitment Resourcer

SALARY: £23,000

The COMPANY
Our client is a well-established recruitment company. Our client is looking for a Resourcer to aid their education recruitment team.

The ROLE
The Resourcer will be required to:

*Work as a Resourcer in the recruitment team working alongside Recruitment Consultants.
*Responsible for recruiting suitable Teachers.
*DBS processing and reference gathering.
*Interviewing candidates face to face - this will involve travel.
*Write profiles on the candidate and liaise with consultants.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong Recruitment Resourcer candidates with the following skills and experience:

*Proven work experience within a recruitment function.
*Our client would also consider a customer service background.
*You must be comfortable on the phone.
*Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Strong organisation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
