Internal Sales Engineer /Technical Sales - Electrical & Industrial Control Gear
Location: Leeds
Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 + Quarterly branch bonus
The COMPANY
Our client is the leading suppliers of industrial control and automation products in the UK, boasting a nationwide network of Offices employing over 200 personnel.
The ROLE
The successful candidate will be required to
*Provide technical assistance to customers and to the internal sales team
*Develop and maintain customer relationships
*Promote and advise on compatible products
*Demonstrate commercial awareness in negotiating prices
*Provide Electrical expertise in the selection of technology based products
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
*GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
*ONC/HNC in Electrical engineering (or equivalent electrical engineering qualification) would be an advantage.
*Experience with an electrical engineering role or a background in electrical distribution would be an advantage.
*Basic understanding of LV automation products, PLC's and drives.
*Experience in similar internal sales /customer service environment
*Good technical knowledge
*Team player who takes pride in their work and therefore shares the Clients ethos.
