JOB TITLE: Head of Engineering
The COMPANY
Our client is a well respected global leader in the manufacture of Wiring Harnesses.
In Derby they specialise in the manufacturing of electrical wiring harnesses, sub-assemblies and systems for the rail rolling stock industry.
The ROLE
Due to an internal promotion our Client now require an experienced Engineering Manager to take the strategic lead of three departments;
*Production Engineering
*Methods
*Test
With a highly skilled staff totaling c.45 people.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for an exceptional senior manager who possess the following skills;
*Skilled manager of engineering teams
*Excellent interpersonal skills - lots of client interaction
*Electrical or mech elec background
*VAVE Activities
*Knowledge of rail industry would be advantageous but not essential
Above all you will have the drive and enthusiasm to make a difference.
SALARY: £Depending on Experience
