HOURS: 40 Hours Per week 5 days a week to include one alternate weekend day. NO EVENINGS

The COMPANY
Our client is is one of the largest independent destination garden centres in the UK. They now have a team of around 200 people who work in this prestigious centre. Our client is looking for a Head Chef to join their team in their busy, well-regarded restaurant.

The ROLE
The successful Head Chef will be responsible for the following duties:
*To be in charge of a team of 8 Chefs.
*To look to ensure that the kitchen is operating at maximum efficiency.
*Ensure that the high-quality ingredients are prepared, cooked, served, and presented to a high standard.
*A professional who is able to communicate clearly with people at all levels.
*You will work five days a week with alternate days taken every weekend. No evening/night time work.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Head Chef applicants with the following experience:
*Experience of being a Head Chef Experience in a high-volume pub, bar, restaurant or chain restaurant.
*Used to cooking fresh food to a high standard.
*You will be a person who is capable of instilling change into a kitchen.
*A hands-on approach.
*A passion for great food and drink
