Appointment Setter - B2B
LOCATION: Leicester
SALARY: £25,000-£32,000 + Bonus and Private Health Care
HOURS: 8.45-1730
About
Our client has been established since 2006 and specialises in supplying retail shop fittings to high street retailers and multinational brands either directly or via trade customers. They also have an extended capacity from our China-based team assisting UK for engineering, estimation, project management and logistics.
Job Role and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
*Conduct target research;
*Create new sales leads by research, direct call, social media, emailing, conference call;
*Manage day-2-day new business development (NBD) activities in CRM
*Telemarketing - create and follow up new relevant opportunities
*Make appointment with qualified prospects at senior levels;
*Qualify and process inbound enquiry according to procedure
*Assist in quotation, following up of quotes
*Build rapport with longer term prospects and build up a sales pipeline
*Coordinate the sale process internally - including proposal, estimating and presentations
*Maintain all information in CRM system in order after essential training.
Skills and Experience
*Previous experience in a similar internal B2B sales role
*Ideal sectors: Design, Creative, Publishing, Marketing; Prior experiences in POP display or shopfitting companies are advantage.
*Natural B2B sales, working on target and pressure
*Self-drive, in full energy, efforts and achieving agreed target
*Good research competency, telephone manner, social communicating skills
*Able to handle multiple tasks with good sense of prioritisation
*Have a consultative approach to progressing and closing sales
*Have a confident, professional and mature telephone manner
Compensation
£25,000-£32,000
