HOURS: Variable Shifts for 5 days then 2 days off
The COMPANY
Our client is a local pub situated in the heart of Rutland that offers accommodation and has a superb reputation for up market fresh food. All their food is fresh and from local produce.
The ROLE
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Assist Head Chef
*Help create menus
*Assume responsibility in the owner's absence.
*Coordinating small & large events
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
*Cooking fresh food
*Experience in a high-volume pub, bar, or restaurant
*A hands-on approach
*A passion for great food and drink
This role is commutable from:
Uppingham
Oakham
Corby
Stamford
Peterborough
Leicester
