Admin Assistant/Receptionist for an Accountant's
Location: Lynchwood, Peterborough
Salary: c.£16Kpa. £8.20ph. - Free Parking
Contract Type: Maternity Leave Cover. Start 26th October

Our client are a well established and expanding Regional practice. Due to their "can do attitude" they have gained a deserved reputation for the quality of both their service and, their most important component, the staff.
Working from their new purpose built premises in Lynchwood they now require an experienced admin assistant to join their team to enter details onto sales ledger, banking system, purchase invoices etc. In addition you will be responsible for answering telephone calls and general reception duties as required.
Our client is looking for an experienced Admin Assistant with the following qualities:
*Great MS Office Skills - Word/Excel/Power-point
*Excellent team player and motivator
*Confident and Assertive, with "Can Do" attitude
*Resourceful, well organized and highly dependable
*Data entry experience
*Good telephone manner
*Used to reception work
