Factory Maintenance - Nights
LOCATION: Nuneaton
SALARY: £26-28K (£12/13ph) + Overtime always available.
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: 6.00pm to 6.00am, 3 on 3 off
The COMPANY
Our client is a successful outsourcing service provider working on a huge scale with all the major supermarkets. A well established organisation who have over the last 25 years earned a deserved reputation for the efficiency of their service and excellence of their staff. This has resulted in a period of concerted growth and an expansion to five factories employing over 600 people in a 24/7 operation covering the whole country.
The ROLE
Our client is looking for a Factory Maintenance Engineer to join their team at the Nuneaton plant which has been running successfully for two decades employing c.150 staff. Working nights the successful Engineer/Technician will be trained to take responsibility for the following duties:
*Take responsibility for maintenance of the production line.
*Hands-on approach carrying out preventative maintenance work on conveyors
*Ensure efficient running of the tray washing machine.
*Work closely with all members of the shift.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong team player with the following background and skills set;
*Experience of engineering - mechanical and/or electrical.
*Maintenance background in a manufacturing industry.
*Ability to absorb training.
*Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
*Pneumatics & Hydraulics knowledge.
*Pc literate.
