Customer Service - work from home
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £20,000
Hours: 4pm - Midnight Monday - Friday.
Must Have: B2C customer service experience.
The Company
Our client is a well-established retailer with a strong online presence to compliment their stores. Their specialised products help to improve the sleep, health and well-being of their customers.
The Role
The successful Customer Service Advisor will be required to do the following:
*You will be working from home with very occasional visits to the office.
*Please note that the working hours are 4pm to midnight as you will be talking to customers in the USA.
*Also please note that for the first four weeks, you will work from 9am to 5pm from home for training purposes.
*Respond to incoming customer enquiries on phone calls, live chat and e-mails as required.
*Process customer returns collate data and analysis for board meetings.
*General administration tasks as required such as -typing, presentations, spreadsheets, mail merge, booking of collections and deliveries.
*Day to day overview of orders system to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner.
*Processing trade orders if required.
*Annual bonus.
*24 days holiday + bank holidays.
The Candidate
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Agent with the following skills and experience:
*Previous b2c customer service experience.
*Strong written and spoken English language required.
*Must have the ability to retain knowledge.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Highly organised and motivated.
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word in particular)
*Experience of Sage 200 preferred although not essential.
