The COMPANY
Our client is an established independent Mortgage brokerage based in the heart of London. The clients are mainly high net worth clients from around the world. From buy-to-let, refurbishment property requirements to bridging loans, our client provide a full and professional service.


The ROLE
The successful Mortgage Advisor will be required to:
*Follow up on leads given. 99% of all work is from leads generated from successful marketing campaigns.
*Provide mortgage advice.
*You will be provided with compliance support and in-house administration.
*This is a self-employed position.
*You will be given a 3-month retainer, after which you will earn 40% of the fees.
*An excellent opportunity to earn excellent money

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Mortgage Broker applicants with the following experience:
*Must hold a CeMap qualification.
*Mortgage and protection brokerage experience - essential.
*Excellent organisational skills.
*Excellent communication skills.
