JOB TITLE: Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist
JOB SUMMARY: To ensure content and delivery are correct in courses for Procurement and Supply chain Management qualifications.
LOCATION: Northamptonshire (Also suitable for a home worker)
SALARY: £39,089 - £46,418
CONTRACT TYPE: 12 Contract
HOURS: 9.00am- 5.00pm Mon to Fri
MUST HAVES: MCIPS qualification

The COMPANY
Our client is a well-established professional institute providing a recognised membership and supportive training programme for procurement and supply chain management. They have a global network and offer a wealth of knowledge to their clients and members. They have been providing a service for over 40 years and operate in 5 different oversea locations.

The ROLE
The successful Procurement and Supply Chain Knowledge Manager candidate will be required to do the following:
*Accountable and responsible for creating updates to support learning strategies and plans.
*Engage with key stakeholders to create, integrate and implement the learning strategy.
*Research both practical and academic sources of knowledge to ensure that learning programmes meet the needs of practitioners.
*Develop/curate and/or commission relevant content which directly supports training/Learning programmes.
* This may include:  Content for eLearning  Infographics  Practical 'How to guides'  Real Life Case Studies  Summaries of academic research  Development of new models and tools.
*Responsible for identifying and developing best practice/exemplar case studies/ real-life situations which can be used in both eLearning and Virtual Classrooms.
*Develop and deliver presentations/video/podcast/webinars to support dissemination of the content/knowledge assets and programmes developed
*Support the In-house Tutor team in the refresh, redesign, and redevelopment of learning programmes.
*Group personal pension plan, Bupa and Life Assurance.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following skills and experience:
*Charted MCIPS qualified.
*Strong subject matter expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
*Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
*Skilled in content development - guidance materials, management reports.
*Experience of successful programme/project management.
*Confident and clear verbal communicator, able to present to groups
*Strong relationship management skills
*Highly analytical and logical
