MUST HAVES: Previous packaging experience.
The COMPANY
Our client is a packaging manufacturer with an established client base who operate across multiple sites throughout the UK.
The ROLE
The successful Business Development Manager will be required to:
*Generate new business.
*Develop a sales portfolio.
*Identify and understand customer's needs.
*Work their area in an effective and organised manner.
*The successful candidate will be the key point of contact for customers
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong sales applicants with the following skills and experience:
*Previous experience in a packaging role.
*A new business hunter.
*Proven and demonstrable sales success in this sector.
*The ability to identify and understand customers' needs.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills with middle, senior, and technical management equally.
*The ability to negotiate and to close deals.
