Field Sales - Construction
LOCATION: South London
SALARY: £30,000 basic + excellent commission
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
MUST HAVES: Previous sales experience within the construction industry.
Our client is a successful family business that offers bespoke windows and doors to a mainly business clientele. Using their own professional engineers and craftspeople they provide high quality products.
The successful Field Sales Executive will be required to:
*Present, promote and sell products and services to businesses.
*There is a mixture of existing and prospective customers. There is also a large database of interested potential clients.
*Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
*Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
*Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
*Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
*Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Our client is looking for strong Field Sales Consultants with the following experience:
*Considerable sales experience within the construction industry.
*Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
*You will have useful contacts within the building industry.
*Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
*Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
*Time management and organisational skills.
*Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
*Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
