JOB TITLE: Customer Services / Internal sales
Location: Oakham
Salary: £9.00 - £13.00 per hour for 30 hours

Contract Type: Six month contract

The COMPANY
Our client is an online cosmetics store selling high end fragrances, skin care products, make up, hair products etc.

The ROLE
The successful Customer Services candidate will be required to:
*Provide excellent customer service to maximise sales.
*Respond to customer enquiries via email/phone.
*Process orders and upselling at every opportunity.
*Follow up all quotes/leads.
*Liaise with trade counters and suppliers.
*Provide advice to customers.
*Complete after sales calls for customer feedback.
*Adhere to company sales targets and KPIs at all times.
*Look for new opportunities to develop the business.
*Hours of work are 30 hours per week for a 6 months contract.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Sales Consultants with the following experience:
*Previous experience with sales or business development would be advantageous.
*The ability to cross sell/up sell at every opportunity.
*MS Office skills.
*Good internet / browsing skills.
*Team player.
*Good communication & negotiation skills.
*Good Maths and English.
*Good business acumen.
*Self-motivated.
*Good time management and organisational skills.
*Can do positive attitude.
*Willingness to show initiative at all times.
