New Homes Sales Negotiator
SALARY: £27,875 (+ a healthy commission)
CONTRACT TYPE: One Year (strong possibility of extension)
HOURS: Mon-Fri Full Time 35 hours per week
Our client is a provider of affordable retirement housing which is either rented, owned or in shared ownership. Our client manages over 20,000 properties and providing over 40,000 hours of social care each week.
This is a site-based post, initially working from home and in the community until the show home is ready.
The successful Sales negotiator candidate will be required to:
*To help sell one and two bed apartments available for shared ownership to the retirement community.
*Receive calls from and arrange visits and viewings for potential purchasers.
*Act as personal contact to all potential purchasers.
*Assist and support buyers with their move.
*Presentations to potential buyers off-site and to attend promotional events.
*A competitive commission structure of £300 per property sold.
Our client is looking for strong salespeople with the following experience:
*New Homes or traditional property sales.
*Excellent negotiating skills
*Confident and approachable
*Able to work alone and on own initiative
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Highly computer literate, with experience of Microsoft (including Excel)
*Knowledge of issues affecting older people
