Purchase Ledger Clerk
JOB SUMMARY: We are looking to find an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to work for a join a busy team on the outskirts of Oakham.
Hours: Flexible to suit candidate
MUST HAVES: Finance or Accounting background, Experience as a Purchase Ledger.
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Prepare monthly supplier payments
*Help with the transition to a new software
*Experience of MS NAV
*Coding and processing invoices
*Matching invoices to PO numbers
*Ensuring invoices are authorised by line managers
Our client is looking for strong Purchase Ledger with the following experience:
*Previous experience in Purchase Ledger is essential
*Good knowledge or MS packages including Word and Excel Strong
*attention to detail
*A can-do attitude
*Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise own workloads
*A Strong team player
*Excellent communication skills
*Solid Excel knowledge
*Proven experience with multitasking roles
*Keen eye for detail and organised
