The COMPANY
Our Northamptonshire based client is the UK's leading independent manufacturer of packaging products. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their production facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.
The ROLE
Due to continued expansion they now require an additional FLT Counterbalance/Clamp Truck Driver to join their team. This is a vital role within the production process, it is certainly no normal FLT role! In addition to unloading lorries (using a Clamp Truck) and putting the cardboard away you are tasked with getting the correct grade of paper to the corrugator at the right time - it is a big responsibility because the plant stops if you fail.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a qualified fork lift truck driver with a good work ethic, who is also a strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career within a manufacturing environment.
