The ROLE
The successful Electrical Workshop Instructor will be required:
*Deliver lessons/training to up to 12 pupils.
*Develop training plans.
*Guide and teach apprentices in a workshop environment.
*Principles, Primary and Secondary processes).
*Assess learners progress and deliver constructive feedback to all interested parties.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with a desire to impart knowledge allied to the following skill set:
* Electrical Engineering qualification.
* Mentoring/training/teaching/instructing background is not essential but would be advantageous.
* Manufacturing/Engineering Industry Experience.
