SALARY: £35-45K Basic
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: 9.00am - 5.00pm, occasional Saturday mornings
The COMPANY

They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their production facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.

The ROLE
Due to continued expansion they now require a senior electrically biased Multiskilled Factory Maintenance Engineer with the ability step up to a management role. Working as a part of a team you will be responsible for fault finding and repair a range of manufacturing equipment - including conveyors, vertical form and horizontal sealing machines, ovens, robotic/fully automated machines. As a Senior Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for carrying out appraisals and training shift engineers, a certain amount of flexibility will also be required to cover occasional shifts.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career, experience within a similar environment is essential. The right candidate will possess the following background and skills set;
* Maintenance background in a manufacturing industry
* Good electrical understanding
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Pneumatics & Hydraulics knowledge
* Experience with packaging machines would be advantageous
* Pc literate
