The COMPANY
Our client is a very well established independent Estate Agent.
The ROLE
The successful Sales Manager will be required to do the following:
*Our client has a fantastic reputation within lettings. And are now looking to grow the sales side of the business.
*To Look after the sales side of the business and manage staff and look and to recruit new staff and establish a team.
*To be in charge of the full sales cycle
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Sales Manager applicants with the following experience and attributes:
*Significant experience working as an Estate Agent.
*Experience of either managing staff or as a Senior member of staff looking for the next step up.
*You will have experience of negotiating, listing, valuing and dealing with clients.
*Excellent organisation and communication skills
