Internal Account Coordinator
SALARY: £22,000 - £25,000
MUST HAVES: Experience of working in a business to business customer service/account coordinator environment.
Working Hours: 8:15 - 16:30 (early finish alternate Fridays on week 4pm and another 2.30pm)
Our client is a packaging manufacture and are well established. They offer high-quality and effective solutions to their clients across the UK. They are looking to expand their team and have a new opportunity for someone who likes to be kept busy and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
The successful Internal Account Coordinator will be required to:
*Establish and maintain solid working relationships with clients
*Process orders, manage the sales process and chase clients
*Liaise with internal departments
*Providing sales support to clients
*Taking new inquiries, quoting them, and following the internal process
*Looking after dedicated accounts
*Spreadsheet maintenance (running stock reports)
*Answering telephone calls
*Taking inbound calls from prospective and existing customers
*Delivering outstanding customer services
Our client is looking for an Internal Account Coordinator with the following experience:
*Experienced within business to business customer service environment
*Works well under pressure
*Reliable, proficient, pro-active and organised
*Friendly and approachable with an excellent telephone manner
*Excellent Word, Excel and Outlook skills
*Excellent telephone manner
*Happy to manage multiple tasks at one time
*Not afraid of a fast-paced environment
*Enjoys a challenge
*Background of working in a manufacturing or packaging solutions would be advantageous but not essential
