Job Title: Internal Sales - Insurance
LOCATION: Leicester
SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
MUST HAVES: Previous sales experience, preferably within an insurance background.

The COMPANY
Our client is an award-winning Independent Insurance Broker.

The ROLE
The successful candidate will be required to do following:
*Managing new relationships.
*Proactive generation of new business through networking, relationship building and attending industry related events.
*Identify growth opportunities to enhance new and existing accounts.
*Engaging and communicating effectively with senior level decision makers
*Collaborating with other internal teams to maximise revenue opportunities from prospects and existing clients.
*Progressive bonus structure, pension, 32 days holiday and on-site parking.
*Working with a team of experienced Account Brokers

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following skills and experience:
*Highly motivated and an enthusiastic individual.
*Preferably a good understanding of the principles and practice of Insurance Risk Assessment, Underwriting and Accounting
*Ideally, you will have a strong background in Insurance and have previously operated at a similar level
*A drive to succeed with excellent communications skills,
