The COMPANY
Our client is a one of the UKs most respected names in the sales of yellow construction plant/vehicles. Working with six manufacturers they have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of their products and most importantly their aftersales service. They have achieved this by having a commitment to excellent customer service backed up by the best trained and motivated workforce in the industry.
The ROLE
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Assist the efficient and effective running of the Parts department
*Build strong and positive relationships with customer database and face to face.
*To promote and sell Parts to Customers.
*Build and document knowledge about the customer business and technical setup on and as and when basis
*Ensure the parts department presents a professional image and portray a polite and courteous manner at all times in all areas of the department.
*Take parts orders and make associated sales Control parts stock levels and quality within Company guidelines.
*Ensure warranty parts returns and service exchanges are returned to the depot in conjunction with the Company policy.
*Provide excellent customer service.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Parts Controller with the following experience:
*Previous experience in a parts role is essential
*Good knowledge of construction machinery/vehicles
*Proven record of working within a Customer sales environment
*Honest, reliable, trustworthy, good time keeper. Ability to work on own initiative
*Be professional, cheerful, co-operative and flexible at all times.
