Location: South of Stamford
Full Time role working 9 - 5.30
We are working with a fantastic client that has a role set in wonderful surroundings and in a beautiful setting. This role is to work for a Family run business tat has been passed down generations.
Job Summary: We are very excited to be looking for an experienced Secretary / PA to work for a very busy family run business on the outskirts of Stamford. This role is defiantly for someone who likes to be busy and can manage different tasks at once. You will be at the heart of the business and the main point of contact to everyone that first enters so a cheery and welcoming person is what we are looking for. This role is diverse role and will be suit someone with a pro-active and flexible approach.
The successful Secretary will be required to:
*Taking Telephone calls, hospitality to visitors, opening post, arranging appointments and meetings, filing, photocopying, word processing of correspondence, reports, publications and other documents as required.
*Dealing with all other members of the team, organising schedules, dealing with outside contractors, organising suppliers.
*Dealing with staff schedules, organising regular work loads
*Organise annual maintenance updates
Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant with the following experience:
*Trustworthy and honest
*Able to work under pressure
*It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence
*Cheery and outgoing
*Easily to approachable
*Good Microsoft word and excel skills
*The position is full time and may require occasional early evening and weekend work
