Job Summary: An exciting opportunity to join a growing business that is passionate about its brand and products. The role is based out of the head office in Oakham. You'll have experience with monitoring stock levels, running stock takes and placing orders. Were looking for some who has an eye for detail and can multi-task. Location: Rutland, Oakham
Salary: £21,000 - £22,000 (depending on experience), Pension, 24 days holiday + BH. Pension, Life Cover & staff incentives.
Must Haves: Experience of working in a purchasing or buying role/team.
Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday. Reliable transport is essential.

The successful Purchasing Assistant will be required to:
*Accountable for all stock across the business
*Visiting Stores and the Warehouse to oversee and partake in stock takes
*Producing range sheets for new products, supplying these details to all relevant parties.
*Visiting potential new suppliers/trade shows with Head of Buying
*Producing various detailed reports
*Deal with various suppliers via telephone and email
*Our client is looking for a Purchasing Assistant with the following experience:
*Strong written and spoken English language required
*Able to work as part of a team and as an individual
*Excellent communication skills
*You will be a completer-finisher who sees a task through to the end
*You'll be a creative problem solver who isn't afraid to question the norm
*Highly organised and motivated
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word in particular)
*Fun outgoing attitude, personable
