Servicing their national and regional clients from a network of offices based primarily in the Central and Eastern regions of the United Kingdom. They provide design, sustainable, partnered construction and project management services for private and public sector clients on projects ranging up to £100 million. Sectors include Retail, Industrial, Health, Education, Defence, Leisure, Commercial and general Infrastructure.
The ROLE
This is a strategically important role to manage and inspire their successful team, responsibilities will include:
* Delivering large construction projects
* The full detailed planning and methodology running into the project.
* Review the sequence of operations at each stage, making sure that suitable resource and precautions are in place
* Take responsibility for Health & Safety and ensure that it is complied with
The CANDIDATE
Key Skills
*Experiece of Insitu Concrete Frame a minimum 3 storey's in height
*Steel frame and traditional construction knowledge
*Pocess good client interface skills
*Hold SMSTS and CSCS card
*Health & Safety knowledge
*Experience of Project management
*Confident at using programming software such as Asta Power project etc.
*Being flexible and commercially aware
*Excellent PC skills - Word, Excel, Access
