JOB TITLE: Workshop Manager
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for Day-to-day management of the workshop, Team Leadership, Stock Awareness, Manage Suppliers and workshop diaries.

LOCATION: Leicester
SALARY: £22,000 + Pension
MUST HAVES: Worked in a cycling industry or repairs and ideally Cytech qualified. A passion for bikes! Will have a passion for both quality and sales in all sectors of cycling (MTB to Road including e-Bikes)
Working Hours: 8:30 - 17:30 (weekend and evenings)

The ROLE
The successful Workshop Manager will be required to:
*Day-to-day management of the workshop
*Scheduling the workload
*Responsibility for the quality of all work undertaken in the workshop
*Responsibility for the sales performance of parts related to the workshop
*Stock awareness and management.
*Responsibility for the customer service provided by our workshop
*Deliver exceptional high-quality work.
*Support other team members.
*Deal with enquiries via telephone, email and in person.

*Quickly diagnose a wide variety of mechanical problems and fault-find a large range of products.
*28 days holiday + up to 5 extra days to recognize loyal service.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a Workshop Manager with the following experience:
*A minimum of 2 years' experience in the cycling trade, including workshop-based activities
*A broad knowledge of cycle mechanical repairs.
*Ability to quickly diagnose a wide variety of mechanical problems and fault find a large range of products.
*Excellent capacity to schedule jobs
*Experience in sales analysis and the ability to use a variety of IT systems - experience with Microsoft Office is desirable.
*Excellent attention to detail coupled with the ability to work quickly in high-pressure situations.
*A passion for cycling.
*Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone, email and in person.
