JOB TITLE: Administrator
SALARY: £15,000 - £20,000 (pro-rata)
CONTRACT TYPE: Part time
Our client is the UK's only independent provider of University accredited Healthcare Leadership Training and Consultancy. They offer a range of training and education opportunities including accredited and non-accredited workshops and programmes.
The successful Administrator will be required to:
*Work for one day a week.
*Deal with enquires via email, phone and face to face. This could be with students, Universities and other bodies.
*Provide administration support for the business and for team meetings.
*Organise the printing and collating of the learning programmes.
*Undertake feedback and customer satisfaction surveys.
*Maintain the database.
*Plan events, book venues, arrange catering, design posters and circulating invitations.
Our client is looking for strong administration applicants with the following experience and attributes:
*If you have worked within the public sector (most of this work is within the University system and NHS) it could be advantageous although not essential.
*Possess high quality customer service skills.
*Good IT sills.
*Have the ability to work on your own,
*Excellent communication skills
