Customer Service Manager
Job Summary: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager with sales or commercial experience to work for a rapidly growing well know company in the heart of Rutland
Salary: £25,000 + Bonus + Re-location Allowance
Must Haves: Experience of managing a team, experience of monitoring, setting and achieving KPI's. We are looking for someone who can act with autonomy.
Working Hours: 8:30 - 17:30 Monday - Friday. The occasional Sunday 1:4 with a day off in the week.
Responsible for: 1 x Customer Service Team Leader, 3 x Customer Service Assistants, 3x telesales operatives
Our client is one of the UK's leader within their field. They are a family run business that have gained a well-deserved reputation for their high-quality products and services delivered by their professional and knowledgeable staff. They have a large chain of stores and a very successful E-commerce site.
The successful Customer Service Manager will be required to:
*Manage two small teams (8 in total) - Customer Service and Sales providing appropriate oversight, direction and mentoring
*Manage the delivery of phone, email and online customer service and sales
*Report on KPI's for both telesales and customer service
*Report on telesales performance, demonstrating a clear grasp of KPI's as well as sales and margin performance.
*Ensure that sales revenue and margin targets are achieved
*Sound analytical skills
*Lead by example and deliver on KPI's.
*Inspire and motivate each team member to be the best version of themselves
