JOB TITLE: Bicycle Mechanic
JOB SUMMARY: To undertake repairs and maintenance work on the full range of bicycles from entry level to high end specifications
LOCATION: Leicester
SALARY: £19,000 - £22,000 + Pension
MUST HAVES: Knowledge of cycle repairs and ideally Cytech qualified. A passion for bikes!
Working Hours: 8:30 - 17:30 (some weekend and evenings)

The ROLE
The successful Bicycle Technician. candidate will be required to:
*Undertake repairs and maintenance.
*Deliver exceptional high-quality work.
*Support other team members.
*Deal with inquiries via telephone, email and in person.
*Opportunity for career promotions.
*Quickly diagnose a wide variety of mechanical problems and fault-find a large range of products.
*28 days holiday + up to 5 extra days to recognize loyal service.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a Cycle Mechanic with the following experience:
*A broad technical knowledge of cycle repairs.
*A passion for cycling.
*Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone, email and in person.
*Able to schedule jobs and prioritise.
*Passion for cycling.
*Ideally Cytech qualified (not essential).
*Experience of working in a small team
*Excellent attention to detail
*Friendly and professional and helpful - even when working under pressure.
