MUST HAVES: Be confident that you are comfortable with 100% new business. Previous business to business field sales experience with demonstrable proof of achievement.
The COMPANY
Our client is a leader in providing award winning eco-friendly packaging and pallet products. A rapidly expanding company with a national field sales presence.
The ROLE
The successful Field Sales candidate will be required to:
*Attack this position. It is 10% new business.
*Search for new customers and opportunities to increase revenues.
*Attend trade shows, networking events, customer site visits.
*Initiate face to face meetings with new customers in a variety of market sectors.
*Present pre-production samples.
*To successfully manage and grow an inherited account portfolio.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for sales applicants with the following skills and experience:
*Previous business to business field sales experience.
*Very strong experience with new business.
*Good persuasive and negotiation skills.
*Results driven with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
*Understanding of logistics ideal but not essential.
*Analytical thinking especially related to timelines
*Computer literacy
*Self-motivated, showing the ability to work from home
*Ability to demonstrate a track record of opening and managing new accounts
*Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
*Clean driving licence.
