H&S Manager/Health and Safety Officer
SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
Our client is a major logistics company with four locations in the East Midlands. A forward thinking and growing company who specialise in being a national and international one stop logistics provider. They are achieving this by building an excellent reputation for the quality of their service and staff.
The successful Health and Safety candidate will be required:
*Lead the business on all aspects of Health and Safety.
*Promote a Health and Safety culture within the business.
*Analyse, monitor and review all Health and Safety processes.
*Actively prevent accidents, injuries and work-related illnesses in the workplace.
*Establish a structured programme of health & safety training throughout the Company.
Our client is looking for strong Health and Safety Officer applicants with the following experience:
*At least three years recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
*NEBOSH (General Certificate) qualified .
*Handling of Health and Safety investigations
*Experience in formulating, implementing and revising H&S policies and procedures
