Marketing and Sales Co-ordinator
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: 35 hour week
Our client is a provider of affordable retirement housing which is either rented, owned or shared ownership. Our client manages over 20,000 properties and providing over 40,000 hours of social care each week.
The successful Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be required to:
*To provide support to the sales and marketing teams with the sales and promotion of new build properties.
*Ensuring the timely production and roll out of both on and offline sales and marketing materials.
*Ensure all online content for new-build schemes is up to date and consistent.
*Liaise with the Marketing Team to create digital assets for the production of interactive/360 degree tours, short promotional films, digital marketing platforms and 3-D virtual.
*Support Sales Managers with the timely procurement of sales office and show apartment fit-outs, and the co-ordination, design and production of all internal and external signage.
*Co-ordinate and support the implementation of scheme specific marketing plans.
*Co-ordinate and attend a programme of Sales Events
Our client is looking for Marketing Executive candidates with the following experience:
*Minimum of 3 years experience of marketing and communications preferably within the housing sector.
*Proven experience of setting up and delivering robust processes and systems
*Working knowledge of off-line and digital/online marketing, including social media.
*Event planning and co-ordination experience.
*Proven ability of supporting and co-ordinating marketing plans.
*A positive can-do attitude and able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels across the organisation and thrives within a fast paced, target driven environment.
