Quality Manager - Manufacturing/Production
SALARY: £28-33K Depending on Experience & attractive package

Our Somerset based client is a market leading manufacturer turning over in excess of £100M. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their production facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.
Due continued expansion they now require a Quality Manager to join their Quality Control team. Reporting to the Group Quality Director, based elsewhere, you will assume responsibility for quality within the Somerset manufacturing facility;
*Deal with internal and external auditors
*Responsibility for maintaining BRC & AIB standards
*Build strong internal relationships. Eg. With production
*Liaise extensively with customers
*Take ownership of quality issues
Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career possessing the following skill set;
*Background in Manufacturing/production
*Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong Admin skills and attention to detail
*The desire & ability to learn Internal Systems, Complaint Management, Complaint Etiquette, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
*Experience with relevant Accreditations (BRC/ IoP, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001)
*25 days paid holiday. Plus statutory Bank Holidays.
*Death in service pays 4 times annual salary tax free.
