Export Sales Administrator

SALARY: £25-30K Basic Depending on Experience
Our Rutland based client are part of a Global Company who have carved a niche for themselves as the acknowledged market leaders in the supply and repair of industrial alternators and motors. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. This has been achieved this by continually investing in their manufacturing facilities, R & D and, importantly, having a well-trained and motivated workforce.
Due to continued expansion they now require an Experienced Export Sales Support to take the responsibility for dealing with customers in the EMEA region. skilled CNC Setter/Operator to join their team. Working for a wide variety of customers abroad from a myriad of industries you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the sales cycle. Duties will include;
*Sales Administration of orders from receipt to despatch
*Responsibility for export documentation including EUR-1, Bill of Lading, Letter of Credits etc.
*Handle incoming sales enquiries
*Liaise with client's to ascertain their needs and upsell
*General sales admin/support work
Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career. You will possess;
*International/export sales admin experience
*Practical knowledge of relevant documentation including EUR-1s, LOC and BOL
*Good commercial acumen
*Ideally experience working for an engineering/manufacturers
*Great team working skills
