New Homes Sales Negotiator
LOCATION: Middlesbrough
SALARY: £16,725 (£22,425 OTE) FOR THREE DAYS A WEEK
CONTRACT TYPE: One Year (strong possibility of extension)
HOURS: THREE DAYS A WEEK - THUR, FRI, SAT
The COMPANY
Our client is a provider of affordable retirement housing which is either rented, owned or shared ownership. Our client manages over 20,000 properties and providing over 40,000 hours of social care each week.
The ROLE
This is a site-based post.
The successful Sales negotiator candidate will be required to:
*Promote and sell 25 properties.
*Receive calls from and arrange visits for potential purchasers.
*Act as personal contact to all potential purchasers.
*Assist and support buyers with their move.
*Occasional presentations to potential buyers off-site.
*Cover required on other days to cover holidays and sickness, paid at the hourly rate
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Sales people with the following experience:
*New Homes or traditional property sales
*Excellent negotiating skills
*Confident and approachable
*Car owner (desirable)
*Able to work alone and on own initiative
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Highly computer literate, with experience of Microsoft (including Excel)
*Knowledge of issues affecting older people
