Personal Assistant / PA
JOB SUMMARY: To provide organisational and administrative support to the Managing Director
LOCATION: Gerrards Cross (office and Home based)
SALARY: £28,000 - £30,000 + depending on experience + Laptop and Phone Allowance, Pension, 25 days holiday (up to 30 days)
MUST HAVES: Previous PA / EA experience - Ideally works on Apple Mac
Working Hours: Dependant on individual (Flexible)
The COMPANY
Our client is a well-established provider of commercial property and business investments.
The ROLE
The successful PA to the Managing Director will be required to:
*Proactively manage the Director's diary.
*Arrange meetings and telephone conferencing.
*Organise and collate accounts and expenses.
*Book accommodation, rail, flights and other travel needs of the Director.
*Organise social arrangements.
*Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
*Producing high quality PowerPoint presentations.
*Determining own work goals and priorities effectively and planning to achieve these on a day to day basis.
*Undertaking other tasks commensurate with the role as required.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for an experienced PA to with the following experience:
*Experience of working with Apple Mac.
*Flexible and self-motivated.
*Organised.
*Excellent Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills.
*Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
*Understand the need for strict confidentiality.
*Able to operate with minimum guidance.
