MUST HAVES: Experience of design, development and testing

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a Software Developer with the following experience:
*Knowledge of SharePoint, VB.Net, SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, JavaScript, VS Team Systems, Rest/API/MVC Razor, Web services, CSS, ASP.Net, C#, LINQ
*Desirable - ASP.Net, Core, Active Directory, Visual Studio
*Someone who can be creative
