JOB TITLE: Compliance Manager
LOCATION: Kettering
SALARY: £28-35K Basic, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Healthcare cashback scheme, etc.
The COMPANY
Our Northamptonshire based client is the UK's leading independent manufacturer of packaging products. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their production facility and, importantly, having a well-trained and motivated workforce.
The ROLE
Our client is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager who can maintain the culture of excellence within the organisation. Responsibilities include;
*To ensure that the business maintains the relevant standards and accreditations
*Perform internal audits of the BRC and ISO 14001 systems
*Ensure that systems and processes are as streamlined and effective as possible to deliver an effective response to the auditors.
*To work with the Team to and assessments to ensure compliance with BRC/ ISO/Ethical/Customer audits
*Help with the training and development of new and existing employees.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career. The following experience would be beneficial;
*Experience working for a manufacturer
*Expertise in Accreditations (BRC, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001)
*Knowledge of quality systems
*Comfortable dealing with external auditors
*Strong people and communication skills to deal with potentially difficult auditors/ auditing requirements
