LOCATION: Buckinghamshire
SALARY: £22,000 - £25,0000
MUST HAVES: 18 months experience in an IT helpdesk role. You may also have MCP Qualifications or working towards them.
Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30

The ROLE
The successful 2nd Line Helpdesk Adviser will be required to:
*Become part of a great team
*Mainly focusing of helping over the phone or remotely
*Solving client IT problem
*Provide support and guidance to clients
*Escalate an Issue to the appropriate department

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a 2nd Line Helpdesk Adviser with the following experience:
*Experience of working within an IT support role
*Experience of providing 2nd lines fixes
*Microsoft qualifications (Desirable)
*Knowledge of firewalls, antivirus and backup technologies
*Knowledge of VMWare/Hyper V clustering and Citrix training
*Strong all-round communicator
*Strong team player
*Technology guru
*Hunger to grow your IT skills
