They are an Industrial Electrical Engineering company in Print, Recycling, Packaging, Manufacturing and Farming industries. They provide an outstanding service for their clients for Industrial Installations, breakdowns, repairs, refurbishments, testing and maintenance.

The ROLE
Due to continued expansion they now require an additional member of their team to purchase electrical components/equipment to facilitate the smooth flow of work through the Company. Responsibilities include;

*Purchasing goods
*Costing jobs/contracts
*Materials Resource Planning
*Negotiate with suppliers
*Work to Project time plans/targets and lead-times (including Transportation.)
*Liaise closely with engineers/electricians to ascertain their requirements
*Chasing suppliers to achieve On Time Delivery
*Take responsibility for getting the job done
*Keep system updated

The CANDIDATE
This is anything but your normal role! Based in their busy office you will be the type of person with a sound technical knowledge who thrives in a dynamic environment with ever changing priorities. You will need;

*Purchasing/buying experience is essential
*Electrical knowledge
*Excellent admin skills
*Good communication/telephone skills
*Accuracy
*Experience in a small industrial, construction, engineering, electrical, contracting, service etc. environment
