Business Development Consultant
JOB SUMMARY: Daily contact with the company's clients generating qualified leads and appointments over the telephone with the focus being on meeting the clients' expectations.
SALARY: £10ph this role is temp-perm
MUST HAVES: Strong background in business to business, fact finding and great commercial awareness. This role will suit someone looking for Part Time or Full-Time hours to suit their life style.
My client is a lead generating agency specialist with a difference. After 30+ years' experience in the B2B sector, they know how to deliver results for business; via their comprehensive campaign set-up, intelligent teams with relevant experience, detailed reporting, and an unwavering focus on gathering detail.
The successful candidate will be required to:
*Using the telephone as a primary means of identifying information & generating opportunities
*Calls prospects in designated market areas to qualify leads and explain type of service or product offered
*Prepares report on sales activities. Updates client about progress daily
*Identifying opportunities and gathering facts from a database of clients
*Working with the Client & Senior Client Business Development Executive to turn prospects into clients and maximise project results
*Research & appropriate presentation of findings
*Follows up clients to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further opportunities, and solve or refer problems.
Our client is looking for strong account managers with the following experience:
*Proven experience of communicating at a senior level
*Proven experience of Business to Business
*Strong communication skills
*Understands business implications of decisions
*Demonstrates knowledge of market and client competition
*Proven account management experience
*Attention to detail, self-motivated
*Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional and technical journals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, presents information and responds to questions from clients.
