Electrical Engineer - Automotive Hybrid
Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: £40,000 to £67,500 dependent on experience. Good package
The COMPANY
Our client is an exciting start-up organisation that enjoys considerable backing, in excess $1Billion, from among others a major automotive manufacturer and a company that has already successfully launched hybrid engines for taxis.
They already have prototype hybrid power train for commercial vehicles (buses, trucks, etc.) and now need to develop and progress this to commercial production.
The Role
This is a challenging and intellectually stimulating role which will really enthuse the successful candidates. They are in the process of recruiting an exceptional entrepreneurial team to take the company to the next stage. This is a rare chance to play a part in building a technical organisation capable of expressing innovative ideas and visions of future ground breaking technologies and turning them into commercial reality.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for someone with:
* Experience in automotive
* BEng/Electrical Engineering Degree
* Creative entrepreneurial outlook
* The vision and "can do" attitude to develop a project to fruition
* An interest in hybrid technology
* Good communication skills
