HOURS: 9.00am - 5.30pm Mon to Fri
MUST HAVES: Previous administration and reception experience required.
Our Northamptonshire-based client is a very well established and sizeable major manufacturer of packaging products.
The successful Receptionist will be required to:
*Answer phone and direct calls/taking messages.
*Incoming & outgoing post.
*Booking meeting rooms.
*Filing and various other admin jobs.
*25 days holiday and half an hour lunch.
Our client is looking for strong Receptionist / Administrator with the following experience:
*Experienced Administrator or Receptionist.
*Good IT skills.
*Excel and Word.
*Smart in appearance.
