IT Recruitment Consultant

SALARY: from £25,000 Up to £40,000 + Leading Commission Scheme, Events, Days Out, Full Training & Development Opportunities, 25 days holiday (increasing with service) Progression opportunities (Leadership & Managerial roles)
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
MUST HAVES: Previous experience as an IT Recruiter and proven success.
Our client is a leading Recruitment Consultancy specialist which offers a search and selection process with officers across Cambridge, Peterborough and Northampton. The successful IT Recruitment Consultant will be required to:
*Build and create an IT Recruitment desk in a full 360 role
*Develop an existing client base
*Establish new businesses
*Write quality job specifications
*Search and network for quality candidates
*Interview candidates and create shortlists
*Create a high standard of candidate profiles
*Arrange interviews, follow-ups etc
*Achieve realistic targets and KPIs
*Opportunities to grow your career
*Earn great levels of commission - a good Consultant will earn well over £50k a year
Our client is looking for a strong IT Recruitment Consultant with the following skills and experience.
*Proven experience within IT Recruitment with a successful track record of either a specialist IT sector or as an IT generalist
*Self-motivated, hungry to deliver and hugely driven recruiter
*Recruitment is a relationship business, so relationship skills are key!
*The vision to build a recruitment desk as you desire
*Hungry to succeed
*Honest and passionate about IT Recruitment
*A great and willing communicator who is friendly and personable
*You must have a proven track record within either Contract or Permanent IT recruitment. This can be within any specific IT specialism or a generalist IT recruiter
*Good negotiation skills
*A desire to succeed and earn some serious money!
