MUST HAVES: Previous managerial experience within an IT environment with strong client management, new business and motivational skills.

The COMPANY
Our client is has a network of local IT support offices staffed by experienced business and technical specialists. They offer a proactive and bespoke service includes a mix of onsite visits and unlimited helpdesk support that give your users the help they need; whether it's fully outsourced IT support or supplementary help for an in-house team

The ROLE
This role is mission critical and will combine your strong Client Management, New Business and Motivational skills. The successful Operations Manager will be required to:
*Manage Technical Consultants and the Helpdesk Supervisor including 121's (formal and informal), development support, career development.
*Ensure the delivery of a helpdesk service meets standards and processes.
*Ensure that existing clients benefit from demonstrable value delivery in both on-site and helpdesk support and produce appropriate reporting.
*Carry out account management activity for nominated clients, including, but not limited to, contract review meetings.
*Identify and deliver revenue growth opportunities with existing clients and deliver budgeted number.
*Review client feedback reports monthly and plan appropriate remedial action.
*Manage 'at risk' clients through the use of an 'intensive care' process.
*Audit and manage the quality of IT roadmaps for all clients.
*Make an active contribution to Revenue Meetings and ensure CRM is up to date for all products, projects and upsells.
*Provide appropriate technical input to new business activity.
*Actively contribute to the development of the PB business and monthly plan.
*Actively contribute to the development and management of team meetings.
*Develop and deliver a monthly Operations Manager Report.
*Work with the General Manager to deliver the budgeted Hardware and Software.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Operation Manager applicants with the following experience:
*Proven, substantial track record in a client-facing role within the IT or technology sector.
*Highly IT-literate.
*Strong all-round technical knowledge.
*Skilled project manager and planner.
*Robust organisational skills and a real ability to multi-task
*A good 'nose' for identifying new opportunities within existing clients
*First-class team-working skill
*Strengths around influencing and stakeholder management
*A flair for innovation
*Good judgment and decision-making skills.
*Educated to degree level in a Business or IT/technical discipline (non-essential).
