Factory Work/Machiner Operator- Nights

The COMPANY
Our Northamptonshire based client is the UK's leading independent manufacturer of packaging products. They have earned a deserved reputation for the quality of both their products and service. They have achieved this by continually investing in cutting edge technology within their production facility and, importantly, having a well trained and motivated workforce.
The ROLE
Due to continued expansion they now urgently require additional Process Operatives/Stacker to join their night shift Corrugator team. Working as a part of a ten person team you will initially begin as a stacker feeder, but will quickly learn all the other additional roles within the cell required to successfully manufacture packaging. The more you learn the better rewarded you will be - the hourly rate will increase by increments as you successfully master new skills.
HOURS: 10.00pm - 06.00am Mon to Thursday and 18.00 - 24.00 Friday - 38.50 hours per week

Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career, experience within a manufacturing/production environment would be advantageous.
PACKAGE: Includes attendance bonus of up to £500, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Healthcare cashback scheme, etc.
