SALARY: £30,000 pro-rata
CONTRACT TYPE: Contract (6 months)
HOURS: 22.5 hours a week
MUST HAVES: HR experience in re-structuring, change management and consultation.
Our client provides a large number of care homes across the region. They strive to remain at the forefront of innovative practice and care delivery.
The successful HR Advisor will be required to:
*Lead a project efficiently and diligently.
*Re-structure and enforce a redundancy programme.
*Comply with all relevant HR regulations.
*Work for three days a week (22.5 hours)
Our client is looking for strong HR applicants with the following experience:
*CIPD qualifications desirable.
*Professional and diligent.
*Shown evidence of own career and professional development with a strong work ethic.
