Factory Worker/Machine Operative - Nights

LOCATION: Corby/Kettering
SALARY: £18,500 (rising when fully trained to £20,750) + Overtime
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent - start ASAP
HOURS: 10.00pm - 06.00am Mon to Thursday and 18.00 - 24.00 Friday - 38.50 hours per week - rate of pay starts at £9.33 per hour increasing to £10.46ph after initial training (normally 12 weeks), with further staged increases the next being £11.32 with other increases up to +£12.51ph as skill set develops.

The ROLE
Due to continued expansion they now require additional Process Operatives to join their nightshift team ASAP. Working as a part of a ten person team you will initially begin as a stacker feeder, but will quickly learn all the other additional roles within the cell required to successfully manufacture packaging. The more you learn the better rewarded you will be - the hourly rate will increase from £9.33 by increments as you successfully master new skills.
